So in keeping up with this week’s theme in fan videos, this week’s music playlist features songs from vampire movies and series.

For those of you who love the music featured in True Blood, I found a website that has lists and a forum about the music from the series. Take a look

Since Ryan and I have been searching and discovering new music sites, (he currently loves Pandora and has got me into it) I found another music site that will be helpful in finding new music.

Gnoosic features a section that enables you to put in 3 bands you enjoy and finds new music bands based on what you already like. You can also discuss as well as check out the artist map.

This weeks playlist includes artists I have just discovered and re-discovered because of the site.

Also, if you’re into books and movies, you can discover and discuss your favorites as well.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms/stoner moms out there! :) While searching for songs, I realized, there aren’t as many good songs about fathers as there are mothers, which is understandable. Sad, but understandable. Nevertheless, this playlist features different types of songs pertaining to mom, so enjoy.

Later on this week I will be adding more screencaps and goodies to the galleries, so come back and check them out.

If there are any screencap requests, please let me know by using the contact form located here

This weeks playlist features new songs from 10 different artists in the month of April. Currently, I’m jamming to Melissa Etheridge’s new song, “Fearless Love” and I feel it’s quite empowering, just amazing the way she sings it.

One that I couldn’t include in the playlist is The Apples in Stereo. The video features Elijah Wood, yay! (sorry for that, I’m both a woman and I have a thing for short, nerds). The band is signed to Elijah Wood’s label, Simian Records and were the first band Elijah signed. He also directed the band’s first video, though, he didn’t direct this one, but he is in the video. Take a look at the video for “Dance Floor” above.
